We have continued on national highway 45 to Arvidsjaur and the small village Abborrträsk (Perch swamp). There has been a lot of reindeers on the road, and we had to stop several times. It’s more rugged terrain and beautiful views. Steep hills make it tough for the car to climb, and then we have to brake in the down hills. In the steepest hills, we have had to go down to second gear.

Hear in Abborrträsk, we are staying at Linda Arvidsson's place. She’s let us borrow the shower and we have heated our food. To morrow we are going to look at Arvidsjaur and then continue to Gällivare.
